• Stay abreast of the latest developments in deep learning and AI to continually update and refine training materials.
• Collaborate with technical leaders to assess training needs and develop strategies to fill knowledge gaps.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring to engineers, offering guidance on projects and research initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements based on feedback.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in deep learning, neural networks, and machine learning algorithms.
• Strong practical experience with programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or training technical teams in AI or deep learning.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to break down complex subjects into understandable and engaging lessons.
• A passion for learning and staying updated with the latest AI and deep learning research and technologies.
