The job holder will be responsible for facilitating the Analysis of digital financial services to increase functionality, usage & transaction migration across the Online, Mobile and new to the world banking channels.

The job holder will also be responsible for providing behavioral and market trend solutions that streamline credit processes through use of technology solutions combined with continuous process improvement to enhance both the customer experience and financial results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze the various customer segments with and advise the business on areas of improvement.
• Conduct market research and come up with new products.
• Test and engineering product process flows.
• Support the Business in enhancing the customer experience through research, surveys and doing analysis to find out the customers’ needs.
• Facilitate the bank in minimizing the risks in the channel driven lending business.
• Provide intermediation between the IT Support and the various customer service points.
• Ensure proper reporting, documentation and review to determine that lending to the respective segments is within acceptable risk.
• Ensure all staff are up to date with product knowledge, product use, and related product application and enlightened with the business changes and dynamics.
• Prepare performance and business trends reports.
• Conduct digital lending product Performance and trends and give insights on the industry and future direction of the industry.
• Champion growth of digital lending products by identifying differentiated customer outreach approach.
• Deal with customers’ queries concerning digital lending products and advising the business on how to improve service delivery to our clients.
• Support branches in all areas pertaining digital lending.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelors’ degree preferably in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance or Business Administration,
• At least 4 years of  relevant experience.
• Proficiency and Practical experience in data analytics and use of relevant MIS, BI & MS Office applications and statistical computer languages e.g. SQL, R, Python.
